The Committee on Judiciary moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 61-7-15a, line 6, by striking out “other than those set forth in subsection (c) of this section.”

AND

moved to amend the bill on page 1, section 61-7-15a, line 7, by inserting after the word who, “is otherwise prohibited by law from possessing a firearm.”
